He was a member of First Baptist Church in Murray, KY, a former member of Trace Creek Baptist Church in Mayfield, KY and a partner at Hargrove and Foster Attorneys at Law.
Mr. Foster is survived by his wife, Angie Foster; one son, Dr. Charles Tanner Foster of Murray, KY; three daughters, Stacey (Jathan) Richard of Springhill, TN, Ellen (Pepper) Martin of Franklin, TN and Channing Foster (Will) Allen of Oxford, MS; and three grandchildren, Amelia Martin, Grace Wicker and Jesse Richard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W.F. “Willie” and Kitty Hawes Foster.
Funeral services for Mr. Charles S. “Chuck” Foster will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Rufus Harris and Rev. Ronnie Stinson, Sr. will officiate. Entombment will follow at Highland Park Mausoleum.
Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at the funeral home.
