On Monday, December 9, 2024 the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the Farley community regarding a sexual abuse allegation.
The investigation showed Cory Cotton (38) of Paducah had entered the bedroom of a teenage resident of the home. Cotton touched the minor while preforming an act of sexual self-gratification while the minor was sleeping.
Cotton was taken into custody at the scene and lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail on one count of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree.
