Mr. Thomas “Tommy” E. Morris, age 71, of Wingo passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at his residence.
He was a member of Cuba Masonic Lodge # 644 and an employee of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for over 37 years.
Mr. Morris is survived by his son, Jon (Linda) Morris of Lynnville, KY; one sister, Arlene (Richard) Story of Cuba, KY; three grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandy Johnson Morris and his parents, Joe and Allene McClure Morris.
Funeral services for Mr. Thomas “Tommy” E. Morris will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Marcus McClure and Ethan Story will officiate. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Michael Dick, Mitchell Dick, Johnny Prescot, Earl Wilson, Allen Hughey and Richard Story. Honorary pallbearers will be Clayton Story, Ethan Story, Joe Crosslin, Mike Goodwin, Jr. Cude, Pete Herring, David Wiggins and Andrew Story.
Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at the funeral home.
