Mr. Charles Van Buren, 85, of Mayfield, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
He was born to the late Harold and Mary Warner Van Buren on January 24, 1939 in Schenectady, NY. Mr. Van Buren proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mrs. Margaret Van Buren; a son, Charles Van Buren; siblings, Harold Van Buren, Mary Bleser, Doris Van Buren, Jenny Helena Van Buren, Betty Lou Lindemann, Josephine L. Higginbotham.
Those left to cherish his memory include his daughters, Sandra Van Buren of Murray, Donna Van Buren of California, Marjorie Van Buren of California; three brothers, George Van Buren, Edward Galligan, Lawrence Van Buren, as well as, two sisters, Margaret La Bar, Barbara Berger. He also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time per his wishes.
