Judy Faye Jones Johnston-Breedlove, 81, of Murray, KY, passed away Friday, September 20, 2024, at Spring Creek Health Care and Rehabilitation, Murray, KY.
She was born May 10, 1943, in Marshall County, KY, to the late Elvie “Buck” Jones and the late Ruby (Holland) Jones. She grew up in Aurora, attending Aurora Elementary School and South Marshall High School. For most of her adult life Judy worked as a Realtor in Murray, a career that spanned more than 40 years, beginning with Loretta Jobs Realty and ending with Kopperud Realty.
Judy is survived by her husband, Michael Breedlove of Murray, KY; daughters, Rhonda Johnston Lamb of Murray, KY; and Jhonda Johnston of New York, NY and Hardin, KY, grandchildren, Nikki Renee Cossey of Murray, KY and Justin Lamb of Louisville, KY; and great-grandchildren, Miles and Max Cossey of Murray, KY. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her brother, James T. “Jimmy” Jones; and sister, Jeanette Sirls.
In honoring Judy’s wishes, her services and burial will be private.
