He was born in Marshall Co. to H. Clay and Eula Dugger Henson. He was a carpenter. He loved helping other people.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Mildred O’Bryan and Nora Henson, and his brothers Artel Henson, Billy Henson, Richard Henson, and James Henson.
He is survived by his loving wife Sandra “Kay” Taylor Henson of Cecilia, 2 sons Tracy (Ruby) Henson of Elizabethtown, and Marty Henson of Cecilia, 2 daughters, Annita (Bob) Goodman of Cecilia and Vicki (Jody) Basham of Cecilia, 2 sisters Betty West of Benton and Almeda (Danny) Sutton of Benton, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchild who called him “Pa.”
Brian Ross, Keith Goodman, Josh Goodman, Cody Basham, Paul Bunnell, Shawn Music, and Jessie Asbell will be pallbearers for Kenneth’s funeral. Chris Henson is an honorary pallbearer.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday September 26, 2024 11:00 am at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, KY with Bro. Chris Wilson and Rev. Ron Davis officiating. Burial will be held at the Dunn Cemetery in Benton, KY.
Visitation will be Wednesday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Thursday 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
The family request that the memorial contributions be given to Hydrocephalus Association in Louisville.
