Lady Marshals finish fourth in KGCA All-State Championship

Marshall County’s Lady Marshals golf team placed fourth this past weekend in the KGCA All-State Championship, playing against the top 15 teams in All-State points. They finished +83 over the two days of play at the Big Blue and Wildcat courses in Lexington with a two-day total of 655 (338-317).

Sacred Heart took the team title at +39 with a two-day total of 611 (304-307). Keira Yun of Sacred Heart earned medalist honors at 2-under par (70-71=141).

Katie Roberts led the Lady Marshals with a fifth-place finish after carding a 6-over (77-72=149) for the tournament.
