Mary Jane “Janie” Goff, 70 of Grand Rivers, Kentucky died on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Baptist Health in Paducah, Kentucky.
She was born on Wednesday November 25, 1953 in Saylersville, Kentucky to the late Raliegh McFarland and the late Jean Combs McFarland. She was a long-time waitress at a Grand Rivers favorite, The Pelican Restaurant.
Surviving are son, Philip Goff (Ginger) of Grand Rivers, KY; daughters, Phyllis McDonald (Donnie) of Smithland, KY and Violet Jones (Chris) of Eddyville, KY; brothers, Jerry McFarland of Benton, KY and Raliegh McFarland, Jr.; sisters, Naomi McFarland of Jackson, KY and Beverly McFarland of Smithland, KY; grandchildren, David Duncan, Melissa Williams, Woody Woodruff (Tyler), Kevin Goff, Jessica Goff, Philip Goff, Dixie Goff, Jesslyn McFarland, Kylie Jones, Christopher Cowen, and Crystal Cowen; great grandchildren, Nathan, Janelle, Maddie, Kylee, Sutt Sutt, Woody, Amarie, Aireonna, A’Nya, Keira, Violet, Ashley, and Scarlette.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Pete Lee “Philip” Goff and brother, Jimmy McFarland.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday September 8, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Collier Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dennis Lawrence officiating.
Burial to follow at Dixon Cemetery in Grand Rivers, Kentucky.
Visitation will be Sunday September 8, 2024 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at Collier Funeral Home, Inc. located at 211 West 5th Street Benton, KY 42025.
