Sharon Lou Eftink, 61, of Metropolis, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Baptist Health Hospital in Paducah.
Sharon was a loving mom, Nana, sister, and best friend. She was a headstrong woman who was full of life and love. Sharon became a mom to everyone and had a big, caring heart. She loved the ocean and was at peace listening to the waves. Sharon was a member of Rest Church in Paducah and had a faith that was unwavering.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Lindsey (Levi) Voisine; six siblings, Dave (Kate), Robyn, Sue, Jim (Carol), Ron (Lisa), and Skip (Kim); seven grandchildren, Christopher, Arieonna, Kendrea, Marley, Izabell, Harper, and Tyler; her best sister friend, Mary Evans; and several loving nieces and nephews.
Preceding Sharon in death are her parents, Andy and Joan Evans; one daughter, Andrea Perdew; her twin sister Karen; and three siblings, Russ, Mary Ann, and Elita.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
