
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested seven people during drug investigations in McCracken County on Thursday August 15th, 2024.
On Thursday morning, detectives executed a search warrant at 4460 Harper Lane in McCracken County. During the search warrant service detectives located quantities of Methamphetamine, Marijuana, illegally possessed prescription medication, and drug paraphernalia. Two people were arrested at the residence, 62-year-old Neeice McCulloch and 32-year-old Kelly Johnson. McCulloch was charged in connection with drugs located inside the residence. Johnson was arrested on an outstanding McCracken County warrant and for drugs located in her possession.
On Thursday afternoon a drug detective observed a woman who was under the influence of drugs get into a vehicle and leave a local retail store on Old Mayfield Road. Deputy Gary Colyar located the vehicle and stopped it for traffic infractions near the intersection of Old Mayfield and Houser Road. During the stop the driver of the vehicle,61-year-old Roy Jones, was arrested on several outstanding warrants. A passenger, 20-year-old Bailey Scillion, was also arrested on several outstanding warrants. A third woman, 46-year-old Stacy Stites, was also located in the vehicle. During a roadside investigation Deputy Colyar conducted a search of the vehicle and located numerous Fentanyl pills that were concealed inside a drink cup in the vehicle. The investigation revealed that all three individuals knew that the Fentanyl pills were inside the vehicle. Scillion and Stites allegedly concealed the pills inside the drink cup when the vehicle was being stopped. All three individuals were arrested.
In a separate investigation later that same day detectives with McCracken and Calloway County Sheriff’s Offices executed a narcotics search warrant at 3501 Lovelaceville Road Apartment 6 in McCracken County. Information prior to the search warrant revealed that both Crystal Methamphetamine and powder Fentanyl were being sold from the apartment. During the search warrant service detectives located and arrested two individuals, 36-year-old Derick Morgan and 64-year-old Debra Day. During a search of the apartment detectives located and seized approximately 80 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, nine (9) grams of powder Fentanyl, assorted drug paraphernalia, and money believed to be proceeds of illicit drug sales.
All seven individuals were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Charges: Possession of Marijuana, illegal possession of legend drug , possession of drug paraphernalia, and an outstanding McCracken County complaint warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle 2nd or more offense.
Arrested: Roy Jones 61, of Benton, KY
Charges: Four outstanding warrants, possession of Fentanyl, and possession of drug paraphernalia
Arrested: Bailey Scillion 20, of Gilbertsville, KY
Charges: Three outstanding warrants, tampering with physical evidence, Possession of Fentanyl, and possession of drug paraphernalia
Arrested: Stacy Stites 46, of Minerva Place (Paducah)
Charges: Tampering with physical evidence, Possession of Fentanyl, and possession of drug paraphernalia
Arrested: Debra Day 64, of Lovelaceville Road (McCracken County)
Charges: Possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia
Arrested: Derick Morgan 36, of Lovelaceville Road (McCracken County)
Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine, trafficking in Fentanyl, and possession of drug paraphernalia
