Ricky Dale Roberts, 72 of Boaz, died peacefully on August 4, 2024, at his residence. He was born in Paducah, KY on October 27, 1951, to Dale Warner and Charlotte Nell Outland Roberts.
Ricky’s career as a Sales Representative for Beauty Systems Group was marked by his charismatic personality and genuine care for his clients and colleagues. He formerly was a member of Twelfth Street Baptist Church in Paducah. An avid sports fan, Ricky’s passion for the University of Kentucky was unwavering. He could often be found cheering on his favorite team, a sea of blue and white surrounding him. His love for golfing, fishing, and grilling was only matched by his talent for teasing his family and friends. Those who knew Ricky will remember him as the life of the party and his jokes and playful spirit were often the highlights of many gatherings, leaving a legacy of laughter.
Ricky is survived by his wife of 26 years, Tonya Drexler Roberts of Boaz; a son, Ryan (Andi) Roberts of Paducah; his parents, Dale and Charlotte Roberts of Paducah; three brothers, Gregg Roberts of Paducah, Marc Roberts of Evansville, IN and Curt Roberts of Louisville, KY; four grandchildren, Hadyn Roberts, Ely Roberts, Scarlett Roberts and Camdin Isom along with several nieces and nephews.
There are no services scheduled at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
