Keith A. Baumgardner, age 72, of Paducah, Kentucky passed from this life to eternal life on Friday, July 19, 2024 at Mercy Health Lourdes. Keith was of the Church of Christ faith. Keith was born on December 17, 1951, in Huntington, Tennessee, to the late James Madison Baumgardner and Thelma Louis Pendergrass Baumgardner. Keith retired as a self-employed painter and worked at Lourdes Hospital in the Housekeeping Department. Keith was a professional musician who played with groups in Canada and the United States. He loved guitars and playing bass was his favorite. Keith enjoyed his cats and taking of them.
Survivors include one brother, Jimmy (Marion) Baumgardner, Paducah, Kentucky; two nieces and one nephew; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Preceding in death were parents; one son, Patrick James Baumgardner; two brothers, Lyndol Ray Baumgardner and Donald Gene Baumgardner.
The funeral service will be held at noon on Friday, July 26, 2024, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Jamie Boone officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time of noon at the funeral home.
