Ms. Gail Bernice Ward, age 69 of Calvert City, KY died on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Mills Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mayfield, KY. She graduated from Murray State University with a BSN in 1980 and was a Registered Nurse for 30 years. She retired in 2010 from Central State Hospital in Louisville. She was a member of Pathway Baptist Church.
Born Saturday, March 12, 1955 in Texas City, Texas, she was the daughter of the late John Ward and the late Elizabeth (Jones) Ward.
Surviving are sister, Nan Donohoo, husband Jeffrey of Benton, KY, and several nieces and nephews.
Private Graveside Service will be held in Maplelawn Park Cemetery, Paducah, KY with Pastor Mike Donald officiating.
Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY is handling arrangements.
