Mr. Kenneth G. Wiggins, age 80, of Cuba, KY passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Parkview Nursing & Rehab in Paducah, KY.
He was a member of the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints in Tri City, KY, a retired employee of General Tire and continued to operate Wiggins Trucking that he established in 1974. He was also instrumental in organizing the Ken-Tenn Pulling for Kids Benefit, raising approximately $380,000 for children.
Mr. Wiggins is survived by his wife of 62 years, Joyce McBee Wiggins; two sons, Kenny (Reba) Wiggins of Wingo, KY and Darren (Diane) Wiggins of Sedalia, KY; one daughter, Kathy (Terry) Beane of Mayfield, KY; three brothers, Garry Neal Wiggins of Mayfield, KY, Michael Wiggins of Benton, KY and Jimmy Wiggins of Wingo, KY; six grandchildren, Kevin Wiggins, Kelsey Bivens, Brittany Bladon, Matthew Beane, Elizabeth Prather and Emily Porter; and eight great grandchildren, Landyn Wiggins, Rylee Bivens, Bo Bivens, Dalton Bladon, Mason Bladon, Case Beane, Robey Kenneth Prather and Nora Sue Porter.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Phillip Wiggins and Danny Ray Wiggins and his parents, Leo and Datha Farmer Wiggins.
Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth G. Wiggins will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Donald Coltharp and Rev. Cathy Sheppard will officiate. Interment will follow at Lynnville Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tracey Wiggins, Jimmy Cates, Michael Cooper, Steven Jones, Tony Wiggins, Steve McNutt, Gary McClure and Brian Hill.
Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at the funeral home.
