On 04/06/2024, Jessica Beecham age 37 of Benton Ky was cited to court and charged with theft of identity of another without consent and theft by deception.
On 04/06/2024, Jody Tucker age 47 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense when the vehicle Tucker was operating was stopped on Main Street coming in to Benton.
On 04/04/2024, Ralph Phipps age 54 of Hardin KY, was served a criminal summons to reinstate prosecution of deferred prosecution. The summons was issued out of Marshall Circuit Court. The original charges were for Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
On 04/08/2024, Briana Jones age 37 of Mayfield KY, was served a warrant issued out of Graves Circuit court for the charge of Probation violation.
On 04/08/2024, Jeremy Meredith age 45 of Paducah KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon when deputies were called to his residence due to Meredith being under the influence and hallucinating. Three guns were located in the residence where Meredith was living.
On 04/09/2024, Carolyn Langdon age 44 of Grand Rivers KY, was arrested on two bench warrants issued out of McCracken district court both for the charge of failure to appear.
On 04/09/2024, Christopher Humphreys age 39 of Benton KY, was arrested when deputies was called to the area of Village Road for a male walking around outside in his underwear attempting to enter residences. Deputies made contact with Humphreys and determined that he was under the influence. Humphreys was arrested and charged with alcohol in a public place, criminal trespassing 3rd degree, criminal trespassing 1st degree, criminal mischief 3rd degree and disorderly conduct. Humphreys was also arrested on an outstanding bench warrant issued out of Edmonson District Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 04/09/2024, Brandon Treas age 35 of Hardin KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
March 28, 2024
-On 03/28/2024 Deputies assisted Probation and Parole upon request at an address off of Mayfield Hwy. Probation and Parole Officers conducted a home visit and located what they believed to be illegal narcotics. Further investigation revealed several grams of suspected methamphetamine, several grams of marijuana, multiple items of drug paraphernalia, and a large sum of cash. As a result of the investigation the following were arrested:
-John Ordunez (36) of Paducah, KY:
-Trafficking in controlled substance > or = 2 grams meth
-Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8oz
-Amanda Ordunez (40) of Ledbetter, KY:
-Trafficking in controlled substance > or = 2 grams meth
-Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8oz
-James “Jamie” Gore (46) of Benton, KY:
-Trafficking in controlled substance > or = 2 grams meth
-Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8oz
John Ordunez was also served a Parole Violation Warrant
March 29, 2024
-On 03/29/2024 Stacy Clark (47) was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication after Ms. Clark was located at a Service Station in Hardin, KY acting erratically.
-On 03/29/2024 Jessica Lambert (41) of Melber, KY was arrested and served a Graves County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear.
March 30, 2024
-On 03/30/2024 a Deputy observed a vehicle swerving on US HWY 68 E and conducted a traffic stop. After a short investigation it was determined that the driver, Laura Reed (57) of Paducah, KY was under the influence of alcohol. Ms. Reed was then charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol-1st offense and reckless driving.
-On 03/30/2024 Dillon Nicholas (24) of Gilbertsville, KY was arrested and served two Marshall County District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear
March 31, 2024
-On 03/31/2024, Floyd Thompson (68) of Hardin, KY was arrested and charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place after Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance in Aurora.
April 01, 2024
-On 04/01/2024 Deputies responded to a disturbance and trespassing complaint off of Gilbertsville Hwy. Upon arriving on scene, Deputies located Sharon McLean who was acting erratic and standing near the roadway. Sharon McLean (28) of Salem, MO was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
-On 04/01/2024 Deputies were dispatched to an address off of Little Bear Hwy for a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, Elisabeth Rose Stroud (20) of Gilbertsville, KY was arrested and charged with Strangulation 2nd degree, and Assault 4th degree.
April 02, 2024
-On 04/02/2024 Deputies were dispatched to a campground in Gilbertsville for an intoxicated subject. Deputies located Dwaine Wallace (45) of Gilbertsville, KY who was later arrested for Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree and Alcohol Intoxication in a public place.
