Chad Collins, 51 of Benton, Kentucky passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024.
Chad was born in Benton, Kentucky on April 4, 1972. He worked as a roofer for Minter Roofing. Chad enjoyed spending time riding his motorcycle and hunting. He was a member of Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Angie Collins; three sons, Tyler Collins, Dusty Collins and Tripp Collins; his mother, Carolyn Lee Collins; father, Randall Collins; brother, Trevor Collins and wife, Amy; five step-children, Alyssa, Isabella, Jenna, Sutherland and Sienna; four granddaughters, Rayne, Rose, Sophie and Tyler Jane.
A memorial service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Jeff Russell officiating.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 2674 Magness Rd, Benton, KY 42025.
