Patricia “Patty” Ezell, age 81, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away at 9:00 p.m. Sunday, March 31, 2024 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah. Patty was born on September 1, 1942 to the late Joseph Garnett Loafman and Marelle Workman Loafman. Patty was a member of the Lone Oak First Baptist Church. Patty was a 1960 graduate of the last Senior Class of Kirksey High School in Calloway County. Patty loved playing the piano and organ and listening to music. She loved watching University of Kentucky Basketball. Patty was dedicated to her family and enjoyed their many get togethers.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Wayne Ezell; one daughter, Jo Ann (Ken) Knapp, Paducah, Kentucky and one son Bob (Lauri) Ezell, Paducah, Kentukcy; four grandchildren, Robin (Heath) Lemond, Connor Ezell, Austin Knapp and Chad Knapp all of Paducah, Kentucky; two great-grandchildren, Houston Lemond and Harper Lemond.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Wallace officiating. Burial will follow at the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner& Orr Funeral Home.
