Mr. Gordon Michael West, age 74, of Mayfield passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at his residence.
He was a member of Lynnville Baptist Church, a retired truck driver and a U.S. Air Force Vietnam veteran.
Mr. West is survived by his wife, Lisa Warren West; three daughters, Maranda (Zach) Givens of Sedalia, KY, Marley (Steven) Doran of Mayfield, KY and Marisa (Daniel) Wheeler of Mayfield, KY; one brother, Sammy (Molly) West of Pilot Oak, KY; one sister, Vicki (Roger Dale) Story of Benton, KY; and thirteen grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Susan Kay Grubbs; one granddaughter, Canter Madyn Fletcher; and his parents, Ralph and Norma Sue Canter West.
Funeral services for Mr. Gordon Michael West will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Bro. Daniel Fraser and Bro. Mark Burnett will officiate. Interment will follow at Lynnville Baptist Church Cemetery.
Military graveside rites will be conducted by American Legion Post # 26.
Pallbearers will be Dale Grubbs, Matthew West, Jamison Clark, Nathan Clark, Donnie Cartwright and Conner Gilpin.
Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at the funeral home.
