Ms. Wallis was a retired Hairdresser and a member of Victory Assembly Worship Center in Paducah. Betty enjoyed playing cards, bingo and bowling.
She is survived by one daughter, Jo Ann Howard and husband Roscoe Howard of Benton; son, Russell Millay; son-in-law, Dale Stinnett; one sister, Carrie Lawrence; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Russell and Essa (Burnett) Russell; one daughter, Debbie Stinnett; 6 brothers; two sisters.
A private family graveside service will be held at Leeper Cemetery in Tiline, KY.
