David A. Landers, 70 of Tiline, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Baptist Health in Paducah, Kentucky.
David was born in Sikeston, Missouri on December 25, 1953 to the late Willie Landers and Norma Jean Allen Landers. He proudly served our country during the Vietnam War in the United States Navy. David was a skilled carpenter and mechanic who could fix just about anything. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles, watching Gunsmoke and Fox News.
He is survived by his former wife, Christina Stevenson of Tiline; step-son, Alan Stevenson and wife, Amy of Paducah; step-daughter, Shelley Stevenson of Henry, TN; one brother, Leslie Landers and wife, Brenda of Benton; two sisters, Barbara Brindley and husband, Ronnie of Princeton and Jean Stegmann of Calvert City; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Trudy Smith and Sharon Lohman.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 9, 2024 at Collier Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, Benton, KY.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, February 9, 2024 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, Kentucky.
