On 01/24/2024, Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance on Low Road in Marshall County. When deputies arrived they discovered that a male subject who was causing the disturbance had left the residence. Deputies determined that the male, identified as Dion Finely age 53 of Detroit MI, had multiple out of state warrants for his arrest. Deputies located the male at a residence on Bee Springs Road in Marshall County. SRT (special response team) was requested when subject would not exit the residence. Marshall County SRT responded to the residence and apprehended Finely and he was lodged in the Marshall County Jail. Finely was charged locally with being a fugitive from justice, criminal trespass 1st degree, and criminal mischief 3rd degree.
On 01/22/24, Mitch Shelton age 47 of Cadiz KY, was charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense, wanton endangerment and criminal mischief. Deputies located subject after he has been involved in a single vehicle collision that caused damage to several headstones in the Maple Springs Cemetery.
01/22/2024, Monte Clark age 49 of Benton KY, was arrested on a warrant issued after an investigation completed by the Marshall County Sheriff’s office. Clark was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 01/22/2024. Taylor Henderson age 25 of Marion KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken County district court for the charge of failure to appear. Henderson was also arrested on 2 warrants issued out of Crittenden County for failure to appear.
On 01/23/2024, Michael Chittenden age 44 of Smithland KY, was arrested when deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle that he was operating on Holland Road in Marshall County. Chittenden was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance 3rd or greater offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, careless driving and other traffic violations.
On 01/22/2024, Michael Landry age 34 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested when the vehicle he was operating was stopped on US 641 near Kentucky Shores. Landry was charged with operating motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance 2nd offense, failure to produce insurance card and speeding.
On 01/22/2024, Shane Blasingim age 48 of Calvert City KY, was arrest on a warrant issued out of Graves District Court for the charge of Bail Jumping 2nd degree.
On 01/22/2024, Shane Thompson age 40 of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Calloway District Court for failure to appear.
On 01/23/2024, Tanya Kimbro age 46 of Paducah KY, was arrested when deputies responded to a disturbance on Ky Lake Resort Rd. Kimbro was charged with possession of controlled substance 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 01/23/2024, Matthew Taylor age 39 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit court for probation violation.
On 01/23/2024, Echo Forbes age 39 of Texas, was arrested and charged when she went in to a local bank and was attempting to cash stolen checks. Ms. Forbes was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree (2 counts), and theft of identity.
On 1/21/2024, Norman Sayer age 43 of Liberty KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 3rd or greater offense (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 1/19/2024, Terry Duncan age 50 of Calvert City KY, was arrested and charged with unlawful imprisonment 1st degree, assault 4th degree, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 1/19/2024, Anthony Comello age 50 of Symsonia KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court. The indictment was obtained following a lengthy investigation completed by deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s office. Comello was charged with Rape 3rd degree (6 counts), Sodomy 3rd degree (4 counts), Human trafficking-commercial sex activity victim under 18 , possession of matter depicting sexual performance by a minor over 12 but less than 18 (10 counts), video voyeurism and voyeurism.
On 01/21/2024, Jacob Thweatt age 33 of Benton KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court charging him with flagrant non-support.
On 01/19/2024, Jared Mallory age 40 of Calvert City KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Livingston Circuit Court for the charge of Probation Violation.
On 01/19/2024, Michael Melton age 50 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine) and persistent felony offender 1.
On 01/19/2024, Shameckia Holt age 40 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct 2nd degree, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Deputies made contact with Holt when her vehicle was involved in a collision on Moors Camp Hwy in Marshall County.
On 01/19/2024, William Grimm age 49 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested and charged with operation a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense with aggravating circumstances.
On 01/19/2024, Amanda Jones age 31 of Marion KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lane usage. Deputies made contact with Jones when they conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle she was operating on US 68 East in Marshall County.
On 01/19/2024, Jason Bolte age 50 of Benton KY, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Graves District Court for the charge of assault 4th degree.
On 01/21/2024, William Westbrook age 67 of Murray KY (formerly of Benton KY), was arrested on an indictment warrant which was issued out of Marshall Circuit Court following an investigation completed by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. Westbrook was charged with sexual abuse 1st degree (3 counts) and indecent exposure 1st degree.
