01/17/2024, Deputies received a report of a female walking around the boat ramp on Cirrito Lane. Deputies made contact with a female who provided a name other than her own. Female later provided her correct name. Female was identified as Sarah Susan age 40 of Gilbertsville KY. It was discovered that Ms. Susan had several outstanding bench warrants. Ms. Susan was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Livingston District Court for failure to pay restitution, another bench warrant issued out of Marshall District court for failure to appear, a bench warrant issued out of Marshall circuit court for failure to appear. After being arrested it was discovered that Ms. Susan had methamphetamine on her person and drug paraphernalia. Ms. Susan was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and giving an officer false identifying information.
On 1/17/2024, Aaron Croley age 45 of Calvert City KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree, strangulation 1st degree and resisting arrest.
On 01/17/2024, James Streit age 31 of Benton KY, was served an arrest warrant issued out of Livingston Circuit Court for contempt of court.
On 01/18/2024, Brody Evans age 43 of Hardin KY, was arrested and charged with operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense and possession of marijuana when deputies stopped the vehicle Evans was operating.
On 01/19/2024, Amanda Jones age 31 of Marion KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, improper lane usage and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies made contact with Jones when they stopped the vehicle that Jones was operating on US 68 East in Marshall County.
On 01/18/2024, James Hardy age 38 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Marshall district court for the charge of criminal mischief 1st degree.
On 01/18/2024, Kristin Hega age 41 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of failure to appear for court.
