He was a retired landscaper.
Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife, Laura Lewis; one son, Scott Lewis of Riverside, CA; one daughter, Loni Lewis of Mayfield, KY; one sister, Jackie (Bill) McReynolds of Farmington, KY; and one grandchild, Aleeya West of Mayfield, KY.
He was preceded in death by one grandson, Keegan Toon and his parents, James “Tom” Sr. and Mildred Finley Lewis.
Funeral services for Mr. James “Tom” Lewis, Jr. will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Chad Lamb will officiate. Interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Scott Lewis, Ken Jensen, Greg Jensen, Ethan Patterson, Michael Jensen, Gary Westreicher, Jacob Gonshorowski and Josh Gilpin. Aleeya West and Loni Lewis will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2024 at the funeral home.
