De’lese Leonard, 59, of Paducah passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at her residence.
She was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, animals, but most of all being a loving wife and mom.
Surviving is her husband of 39 years, Thomas Leonard; four children, Shane Leonard, Paige Leonard, Corey Leonard, Kimberly Leonard; one adopted daughter, Meghan Ramsdell; two granddaughters she raised, Raine Leonard and A’jurneyy Leonard; one sister, Gina Lagrutta; two nieces, Jayme Negron and Heather Ament; and fourteen-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony Joseph Minneci and Mitzi Warren Adams; two infant grandsons; and her aunt, Verda.
She will be cremated per her wishes and no services are scheduled at this time.
