-Seth Culp (37) of Benton, KY, was served a bench warrant out of Marshall Circuit Court for Bond Violation from previous charges including DUI, and Possession of controlled substances (meth) 1st offense. Mr. Culp was also served with a Failure to Appear bench warrant out of Marshall Circuit Court.
-Travis Thorpe (33) of Benton, KY, was served a bench warrant out of Marshall Circuit for Probation Violation.
-Ricky Turner (48) of Hardin, KY, was served a bench warrant out of McCracken District Court for Failure to Appear.
-Jerry Perkins (63) of Hardin, KY, was served a Criminal Summons out of McCracken Circuit for Flagrant Non Support.
-Jessica Sallee (27) of Gilbertsville, KY, was served a Criminal Summons issued out of Marshall District Court for Assault 4th Degree (Minor Injury) after an investigation was conducted by a Deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
-Jordan Rosin (32) of Benton, KY, was arrested and charged with operating on a suspended license, failure of owner to maintain required insured 2nd offense, along with other traffic offenses. It was determined that Mr. Rosin had been charged 4 other times for operating on a suspended license.
-Roy Rones (40) of Benton, KY, was served two Indictments Warrants issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st offense > or = 2 grams (meth) and Drug Paraphernalia, and Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st offense > or = 2 grams (meth). This was from a previous investigation completed by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.

-Nicole Thompson (47) of Hardin, KY, was served an Indictment Warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for Arson 1st degree, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd degree (on foot), Resisting Arrest, and Violation of Conditions of Release.
-Raymond Ryles (46) of Benton, KY, was served an Indictment Warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for Assault 2nd degree (Domestic Violence), and Violation of KY EPO/DVO. This stemmed from a previous investigation by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
-Richard Turner (45) of Benton, KY, was served an arrest warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registry 1st offense. This investigation was completed by Detectives with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
-Maranda Mason (42) of Paducah, KY, was served a Indictment Warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for False Report which Generates an Emergency Response.

-Shannon Deyoung (55) of Calvert City, KY was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st offense (meth), Drug paraphernalia, Failure to Notify Address Change to DOT, No Operators License, and No Registration Receipt after a Deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop.
