The Marshall County Anglers competed in an SAF West Kentucky Trail Tournament out of Kentucky Dam Marina on Saturday. Five teams finished in the top 15 among the field of 45 teams.
The team of Zach Henley and Kasen Lewzader finished third with three fish weighing in at 5.09 for the top result for Marshall County. Camron Porter and Kody Ringstaff from McCracken County won the tournament with three fish weighing in at 7.09.
Marshall County’s Maddox Cope and Ian Kidd placed fourth with a three fish weight of 5.08. Clayton Wyatt and Ty Redden placed eighth with two fish weighing 4.12. Steven Wilhelm and Tucker Travis finished 11th with one fish weighing in at 4.02. Carson Lovett and Drake Fooshee finished 12th with two fish weighing 3.14.
