LYON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE MEDIA RELEASE
⦁ On Wednesday, September 27, 2023, around 10:45am, Chief Deputy Sam Adams arrested Joseph Haberlock (44) of Fredonia and served him with a Caldwell Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Pay Child Support. Haberlock was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail under a $13,450.00 bond.
⦁ On Thursday, September 28, 2023, around 2:45pm, Chief Deputy Sam Adams served a Harlan Circuit Court Indictment Warrant on Tina Smith (52) of Harlan, charging her with Receiving Stolen Property Less than $10,000 and Persistent Felony Offender-1st Degree. Adams will remain in the Ross-Cash Correctional Complex pending extradition back to Harlan County.
⦁ On Thursday, September 28, 2023, around 8:13pm, Deputy Tyler Crane served a Harlan District Court Bench Warrant on Tina H. Dabney (52) of Harlan, charging her with Contempt of Court on a TBUT-Shoplifting case. Dabney will remain in the Ross-Cash Correctional Complex pending extradition back to Harlan County.
⦁ On Thursday, September 28, 2023, around 10:49pm, Deputy Tyler Crane served a Lyon Circuit Court Indictment Warrant on Anthony I. Williams (41) of Minneapolis, MN. Williams was the subject of a pursuit by Kentucky State Police and later a manhunt off Exit 45 near KY 293 and KY 818N on July 13th, 2023, in which the Sheriff’s Office assisted. Williams was a wanted fugitive at that time, and in addition to numerous traffic and drug offenses, he was in possession of a handgun and on parole for Murder-2nd Degree out of Minnesota. Williams remains lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
⦁ On Saturday, September 30, 2023, around 2:30am, Deputy Tyler Crane served a Lyon Circuit Court Indictment Warrant on Kenneth D. Jackson, Jr. (19) of Brinkley, Arkansas after he was extradited back to Kentucky from Arkansas. Jackson was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, Speeding, Fleeing/Evading Police-2nd Degree, Possession of Controlled Substance-3rd Degree, No Operator’s License, and No Insurance. Jackson was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
