On 08/28/2023, Tori Littlepage age 34 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken County for the charge of contempt of court.
On 08/29/2023, Mitchell Saddoris, age 33 of Murray KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Calloway District Court for the charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (carfentanil/fentanyl), possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.
On 08/28/2023, Jordan Rosin age 32 of Benton KY, was arrested following a traffic stop where he was operating a motor vehicle on Poplar Street in Benton. Rosin was again found to be operating the motor vehicle with a suspended license, no insurance, no registration and was also cited for other traffic offenses. Rosin with charged in June of this year for the same offenses and failed to appear in court on the previous charges.
On 08/26/2023, Deputies responded to an injury accident on US Hwy 68 E and located the operator of the vehicle to be Thomas Centers, age 56 of Murray KY. Centers did not have a valid KY operator’s license and was charged with operating on a suspended or revoked license, no registration plates or receipt.
On 08/26/2023, Deputies attempted to stop a motorcycle that was traveling on Mayfield Hwy in Marshall County, for traffic violations. The operator failed to yield to deputy. Operator fled on the motorcycle until he pulled into a parking lot in Benton and exited the motorcycle then fled on foot. Deputies located Derek J. Bauman age 39 of Mayfield KY, hiding in a wooded area a short time later. Bauman was transported to the ER due to injuries he sustained while running on foot. Bauman was arrested and charged with the following, Careless driving, fleeing or evading police on motor vehicle, fleeing or evading police on foot, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, no insurance, failure to register or transfer registration and no operator’s license. Bauman was also served a warrant issued out of Marshall District court for failure to appear.
On 08/27/2023, Deputies stopped a vehicle for traffic violations at a business in Calvert City. The vehicle was being driven by Julie Curington age 45 of Gilbertsville KY. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Martyn Andrews, age 49 of Gilbertsville KY. Deputies located methamphetamine and other items in the vehicle. When transported to the jail, Curington attempted to dispose of marijuana that was on her person. Curington was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) but 3rd or greater offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence and other traffic offenses. Andrews was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 08/23/2023, Alyssa Delotis age 38 of Princeton KY, was the driver of a vehicle stopped by Marshall County Deputies. Following a brief investigation and use of K-9 officer, Delotis was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and no brake lights.
On 08/23/2023, Casey Heflin age 37 of Paducah KY, was arrested after being located at a residence that deputies were dispatched to because of a reported disturbance. Heflin was charged with criminal trespassing 3rd degree, resisting arrest and terroristic threatening 3rd degree.
On 8/22/2023 at approximately 8pm, Marshall County deputies responded to Hilldale apartments in Hardin in reference to dog that had been left in a vehicle. Deputies located the dog in a vehicle and the vehicle had the windows down, but the internal temperature of the vehicle still showed to be 97 degrees. The owner of the dog was located and advised deputies that the dog had been in the car since 3pm. Dog did not have access to water. Deputies charged Danny J. Wilson, age 51 of Paris TN, with cruelty to animals 2nd degree.

On 08/18/2023 arrest warrants were served on two individuals located at a residence on Neal Starks Lane in Hardin KY. Dawson McCoy, age 24 of Benton KY, was arrested on a warrant for terroristic threatening 3rd degree. Cynthia Watson, age 32 of Hardin KY, was arrested on warrant for criminal abuse 2nd degree. Both subjects were lodge in the Marshall County Jail.
On 08/20/2023 Marshall County Deputies executed a search warrant at a residence on Madden St in Marshall County. The resident, Steven Howell age 44 of Calvert City KY, was making threats to kill two people and himself. Howell had made statements that he had firearms to commit the crimes. Howell cannot legally possession firearms. Deputies had obtained an arrest warrant charging him with terroristic threatening 3rd degree prior to the execution of the search warrant. Following the search of the residence, Howell was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of a KY epo/dvo. Howell was lodged in the Marshall County detention center.
On 08/21/2023, Jordan Rosin age 32 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for failure to appear in court. Rosin also was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Calloway County for fraudulent use of a credit card. Rosin was also charged with 2 counts of theft by deception by summons which were both issued out of Calloway County District Court.
On 08/20/2023, a Marshall County deputy conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle being operated by a Jody Rogers, age 29 of Hardin KY. Roger’s drivers licenses was suspended for a previous dui. Rogers did not have insurance on the vehicle nor had he transferred the registration for the motorcycle into his name. Rogers was arrested and charged with driving on a dui suspended licenses, no insurance, no motorcycle license and other traffic offenses. Rogers was lodged in the Marshall County detention center.
On 08/19/2023, Dustin Frost age 34 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Lyon County KY for contempt of court.
On 08/18/2023, Jacob Thweatt age 33 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Taylor District Court for the charge of failure to pay/contempt of court.
On 08/20/2023, Donnie Siress age 60 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing 3rd degree when a Marshall County Deputy observed him in a local business that Siress was trespassed from just a couple of weeks earlier.
