He was a member of The Church of Mayfield, and employed by Homestead Builders.
Rob is survived by his wife Amanda Reichert Carter; two daughters, Jaisa Mae Carter and Layci Elle Carter; mother and step-father, Rene’ Girard (David) Biro of Union City, TN; father, Bobby (Holly Stephens) Carter of Mayfield, KY; one brother, Blake (Amanda) Carter of Mayfield, KY; one sister, Shelby Noelle Carter of Tucson, AZ; grandmother, Barbara Willett of Mayfield, KY; two uncles, James (Virginia) Carter and Mark (Jackie) Carter both of Mayfield, KY.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ronnie and Darlene Girard; grandfather, Louis Carter; one uncle, Bryan Girard.
A memorial visitation will be held for Robert “Rob” Carter from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday August 10, 2023 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
