Ms. Betty Jane Milstead Strader, 96, of Calvert City, Kentucky passed away peacefully Sunday, August 6, 2023.
Betty was a member of Calvert City United Methodist Church.
She is survived by son, Dale Strader and wife, Gwynn Strader of Calvert City; three Grandchildren Derek Strader (Heather) of Carlyle, IL, Deshae (Chris) Harrington of Calvert City, and Denae (Scott) Shelton of Calvert City; 5 great grandchildren, Jayce Puckett, Emma & Ethan Shelton, and Grayson & Callie Strader.
Ms. Strader was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Billie Joe Strader, parents, JC (Con) & Tyra Paschall Milstead, and sister, Geraldine Myers.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 12 at 1:00 pm at Calvert City United Methodist Church, 571 Oak Park Blvd, Calvert City, KY. Dr. Gregory Waldrop & Dr. John Purdue will officiate.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until the funeral hour on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the church.
Interment will follow in Marshall County Memory Gardens in Benton.
