Opening night of the 2023 Marshall County football season is just under two weeks away when the Marshals travel to play Bethlehem on August 18. The Marshals finished last season with a record of 3-8. Bethlehem, a Class 1A team from the second district had a record of 8-3 last season.
The Marshals began their tune-up to the season opener with a home scrimmage Friday against Crittenden County.
The season begins with four away games before the home opener on September 15 against Madisonville-North Hopkins.
