Janet Marie Kawohl, 81 of Wickliffe, KY passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at Mercy Health – Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.
She was born October 1, 1941 in Kalamazoo, MI to Earl Little & Lucille Buckmaster Little. Janet retired after many years of factory work as a machinist. She was a member of Alexander/Pulaski Sportsman Club. She enjoyed fishing, going for rides in her car, feeding her stray cats and loving her dog, Max.
Surviving are her children Eldon “Chip” (Kathy) Winters, Linda (Mark) Manering, Valerie Horn, Karen (Matthew) Colgate & Mandy Kawohl; 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-greatgrandchildren and friend Melvin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Kawohl and her parents.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Friday, July 21, 2023 at Mound City National Cemetery in Mound City, IL. Friends may call from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM on Friday, July 21, 2023 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe.
