Eighteen shooters from three states participated in the Little Cypress Open skeet tournament at the Calvert City Gun Club on Saturday.
The results are as follows:
Hank Pollard of Metropolis Illinois won the tie breaker shoot-off of the 99’s with Dr. Kenneth Ford of Sharpe for Gun Champion. Jody Stevenson of Calvert City was 3rd with a 98.
Ford won the 410 event with a 97. Jody Stevenson finished 2nd with a 96. Hank Pollard was 3rd with a 94.
The high overall event was won by Ford with a 196/200. Jody Stevenson was runner up with a 194/200 and Pollard finished 3rd with 193/200.
Ford and Barry Stevenson swept the two man team competition in all 3 events.
