Deltrice Louise Johnson Thomasson, 92 of Symsonia, Kentucky passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023 at Baptist Health in Paducah, Kentucky.
Deltrice was born in Graves County on September 12, 1930 to the late Frank Johnson and Ida “Mom” Tucker Johnson. She was an avid and proficient quilter. Up until last week, you could find her working out in her yard and tending to her flowers. Deltrice was a member of Symsonia United Methodist Church for over 60 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Thomasson of Symsonia, KY; two grandchildren, Mona Davis (Daniel) and Mindy Spraggs (Darren); two great grandchildren, Jaycey Spraggs and Kensey Spraggs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Thomasson; daughter, Carolyn Bell; ten brothers; one sister; and a great-grandson, Keeton Mathis.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Symsonia United Methodist Church with Bro. Mark Stevens officiating. Interment will follow at Clarks River Cemetery in Symsonia, KY.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Symsonia United Methodist Church.
