On May 3, 2023 at approximately 07:30am deputies answered a call for service in the area of A B Lassiter Rd where subjects were acting suspiciously in the ditch line of the road. Upon their arrival they made contact with the below listed individual that was manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance to the degree that he may be a danger to himself. He was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center on the below listed charges.
On May 3, 2023 the below listed individual was arrested after an investigation revealed that he engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with another by forcible compulsion the day before. He was charged with the below listed charge and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center.
