This week is Dispatcher Appreciation Week. Emergency (911) dispatchers are the first people you talk to when you call with a crisis.
Even though dispatchers can’t see what’s happening, they are the eyes and ears of emergency responders who ensure that the right responders get to an emergency as fast as possible.

Jeffery Brasher, age 68 of Calvert City KY, was arrested and charged with Alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct.
Traymar Lee, age 42 of Mayfield KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Fulton Circuit Court for failure to appear in court.
Robert Roebuck, age 38 of Calverty City KY, was arrested for assault 4th degree, criminal mischief 1st degree, unlawful imprisonment 1st degree.
Michael McCurdy, age 55 of Hopkinsville KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Christian County Circuit clerk for probation violation.

Katie Dubs, age 33 of Benton KY, was served a criminal summons for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree.
Melissa Kelly, age 42 of Benton KY, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st and possession of marijuana.

Sierra Keeling Grundy, age 24 of Breman KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Hopkins District Court for failure to appear in court. Deputies made contact with Sierra when they received a call that there was a suspicious person causing property damage at a residence in the county. Deputies made contact with Grundy and it discovered that she was under the influence of methamphetamine and had damaged a vehicle with a concrete block. Grundy was charged with Public intoxication-controlled substance, criminal mischief 1st degree.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a property in Marshall County after responding to domestic dispute at the property. Angela Eauclaire, age 51 of Benton Ky was arrested and charged with assault 4th, disorderly conduct, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ronald Greer, age 74 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree, disorderly conduct, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Corey Warford, age 28 of Gilbertsville KY, was served a warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit court for wanton endangerment 1st degree, assault 4th, criminal mischief 2nd, terroristic threatening 3rd, menacing.
Christopher Groves, age 46 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on charges of Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property.

Shelton Powell, age 22 of Benton KY, was arrested and served a warrant issued by Graves District Court for Willful set fire on land not owned/controlled by self, criminal littering, criminal mischief 1st degree. Shelton was also arrested when found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Charges on Powell were possession of controlled substance (Methamphetamine)
Ashton Long, age 23 of Eddyville KY, was cited for possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Victor Oseas, age 30 of Calvert City, KY, was cited for driving with out an operator’s license. Oseas was involved in a minor traffic collision.
Kenneth Cossey, age 52 of Murray KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, speeding 18 MPH over limit in a restricted zone, failure of owner to maintain insurance, failure to produce insurance card, and operating vehicle with an expired license.

On 04/07/2023 Deputies arrested Jennifer Blackard (45) on a warrant of arrest for 2cts of assault 4th degree issued out of Marshall County District Court from an investigation started by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. Blackard was also served a warrant of arrest for theft of property mislaid or deliver by mistake and theft-receipt of stolen credit/debit card (>2) issued out of Trigg County District Court.
On 04/06/2023 Deputies arrested Dustin Frost (34) on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall County District Court.
On 04/06/2023 Deputies arrested Brandy Johnson (38) on warrant of arrest for assault 4th degree issued out of Marshall County District Court.
During the evening hours of 4/04/2023 Deputies responded to a collision in the Aurora community. As a result of their investigation Terry Jones (75) was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense and criminal mischief 2nd degree.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted an investigation into a registered sex offender, Nathaniel Lowery, living in Hilldale apartments, which was not Lowery’s address of registration. The residents of the apartment complex, Angela Weber and Lisa Bates, provided false statements to deputies when deputies went to the apartment to arrest Lowery.
Nathniel Lowery, age 32 of Calvert City KY, was arrested and charged with failure to comply with Sex offender registry 1st offense. Possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Angela Weber, age 38 of Hardin KY, was arrested and charged with false statement to law enforcement reference non compliant sex offender and harboring non-compliant sex offender registrant 1st offense.
Lisa Bates, age 26 of Hardin KY, was arrested and charged with false statement to law enforcement reference non compliant sex offender and harboring non-compliant sex offender registrant 1st offense.
Danny Heil, age 60 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Henry Powell, age 48 of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Christian District Court for failure to appear.
Stephen Newton, age 32 of Benton KY, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (Hydrocodone), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (oxycodone) and no registration plates.
Wendy Estes Lucy, age 44 of Benton KY, was arrested and served a bench warrant issued out of Calloway District Court for Failure to appear in court. One of the charges she had failed to appear for was bail jumping 2nd degree.
James Harris, age 34 of Benton KY, was arrested and served a bench warrant issued out of McCracken Circuit Court for Probation Violation.
Johnny Miller, age 35 of Bessemer AL, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for Failure to Appear. On of the original charges in the case was for fleeing and evading police 1st degree along with approximately 14 other charges.
Robert Crumble, age 54 of Mayfield KY, was arrested and charged with promoting contraband 2nd for taking an illegal drug into the jail when he was arrested for other offenses.
Amanda Dunn, age 39 of Murray KY, was charged with unlawful transaction with a minor 3rd degree.
Dustin Murray, age 34 of Benton KY, was arrested for assault 4th degree.
Madison Hooper, age 20 of Benton KY, was cited for reckless driving and operating on a suspended license.
John Cox, age 42 of Benton KY, was cited for operating on a suspended license.
