Disturbance Call Leads to Drug Arrests

On Monday night deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people at a McCracken County residence for drugs.

On 04/10/2023 just after 8pm deputies were called to a residence at 1060 Sheehan Bridge Road regarding a man under the influence of illegal drugs believing that others at the residence were wanting to harm him.

Upon arrival, deputies spoke with Bo Browning, who came out of the residence when deputies arrived. Deputies determined that Browning was a danger to himself and others at the residence. It was also apparent that Browning was under the influence of Methamphetamine. Deputies detained Browning and searched him. During the search, deputies located a bag of Methamphetamine inside Browning’s pants pocket. Browning was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence. During a search of the residence detectives located small amounts of Methamphetamine, Marijuana and syringes. While this was taking place, Bo Browning was released from the hospital and placed under arrest. Detectives also arrested two additional people in connection with drugs and paraphernalia located inside the residence, Charles Browning and Christina Byrn, who were also present when deputies arrived.

Arrested: Bo Browning, 38,  of Sheehan Bridge Road (McCracken County)

Charges: Public intoxication, Possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia

Arrested: Charles Browning, 39,  of Sheehan Bridge Road (McCracken County)

Charges: Possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia

Arrested: Christina Byrn, 39,  of Sheehan Bridge Road (McCracken County)

Charges: Possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia
