A Paducah man was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with
trafficking in Methamphetamine during a drug investigation.
On Monday, March 13th, the McCracken County Sheriff Office initiated
a drug investigation that identified 50 year old Alonzo Vasser as a
source of supply for Methamphetamine.
During the investigation detectives contacted Vasser and arranged to
purchase four ounces of Crystal Methamphetamine from him. Vasser was
stopped and arrested during a traffic stop on Coleman Road a short
time later.
During the investigation detectives seized approximately 114 grams of
Crystal Methamphetamine, a digital scale, and money believed to be
proceeds of illegal drug sales.
Arrested: Alonzo B. Vasser, 50, of Trail Loop Dr. Paducah, KY
Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine and possession of drug
paraphernalia
