*Recent Arrests*
– On 03/06/23 at approx. 4:54 P.M., a traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle, after the driver was observed not wearing a seat belt. As a result of the roadside investigation, driver of the vehicle, Daniel Price, was arrested for an active warrant out of McCracken County. Daniel E. Price, 29, of Calvert City, was charged with the following : Failure to Appear warrant (McCracken County), Failure to Wear Seat Belts, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, Poss. of Marijuana, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia, & Poss. of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.
– On 03/05/23 at approx. 02:42 A.M., a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle, due to the vehicle not using a turn signal. As a result of the investigation, driver of the vehicle, Jacob Brown, was arrested. Jacob Brown, 18, of Paducah, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol 1st Offense, and Failure to Signal. Passenger in the vehicle, Drake Butler, 20, of Calvert City, was arrested for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place 1st Offense.
– On 02/25/23 at approx. 3:00 A.M., Officers responded to an address on W 13th Street for an individual refusing to leave the residence. When Officers asked the suspect for his I.D., he dropped a plastic baggie, and inside it contained suspected Methamphetamine. As a result of the investigation, Billy N. Jennings, 40, of Paducah, was charged with Poss. of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Poss. of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
– On 02/22/23 at approx. 12:30 A.M., Officers were dispatched to an address on W 13th Street for a female who was on the property, refusing to leave. Amber English, 36, of Gilbertsville, was arrested and charged with the following: Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree, Violation of Conditions of Release.
