Jolee Marie Timmons, age 5, of Benton passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Vanderbilt University Childrens Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.

Jolee was born in Paducah on May 3, 2017 to Joshua and Jamie Timmons. “Though I am little, I am fierce” perfectly describes Little Miss Jolee. She impacted the lives of so many throughout the community with her contagious and precious smile that lit up a room. Jolee had a magnetic personality that drew you to instantly love her. Whether it was riding on the tractor with her daddy, playing with farm animals or camping, she loved being outside. Often called “Bird” by her parents, she was her mother’s sunshine and bestie. Jolee enjoyed watching her sister play sports and was always her biggest fan. She loved music, snuggles and watching Peppa Pig or Bluey. Jolee had an obsession for squishies and her favorite color was pink. She loved to eat potato chips and spaghetti with meatballs. Jolee was a kindergarten student at Jonathan Elementary School and attended Zion’s Cause Baptist Church.

She is survived by her parents, Joshua Timmons and Jamie Pryor Timmons of Benton; her sister, Meagan Timmons of Benton; grandparents, Harland and Darlene Timmons of Grand Rivers and Steve and Karen Pryor of Hopkinsville; great-grandmother, Dale Pryor of Hopkinsville; aunt and uncle, John and Erin Williams of Paducah; two cousins, Ann Marie and Hannah Williams; and many loving family and friends.
