We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2023, at the age of 78, Brenda Gail Hunt of Friendswood, Texas, born in Sharpe, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Titsworth Jr. and Mildred Titsworth; and her brothers, Ronnie Titsworth of Sharpe, Kentucky. and Danny Titsworth of Sharpe, Kentucky.. She is survived by : her son Brian Hunt; her daughter-in-law Adriana Hunt; her granddaughter Sofia Hunt; her niece Lisa Guess; and her nephews, Tab and Alan Titsworth.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 8th 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Zion’s Cause Church (1532 US-68, Benton, KY 42025). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 8th 2023 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Brenda was raised in Sharpe, Kentucky and attended Marshall County High School, and went on to Murray State University, receiving a degree in business management. After college Brenda moved to Houston, Texas, where she would meet Randall Hunt, whom she would later marry. Brenda and Randall opened Randall’s restaurant in 1973, and it would become a popular Houston restaurant for 20 years. In her later years, Brenda cherished spending time with her granddaughter, Sofia, who would always make granny smile. To a beautiful woman and an even better person, you will be greatly missed.
Brenda is survived by her son, Brian Hunt; daughter in law, Adriana Hunt; one granddaughter, Sofia Hunt; one niece, Lisa Guess; two nephews, Tab and Alan Titsworth; many loving cousins; and one faithful poodle, Austin.
Brenda was preceded in passing by her father Fred Titsworth Jr.; her mother, Mildred Titsworth; and two brothers, Ronnie Titsworth and Danny Titsworth, both of Sharpe, Kentucky.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023 at Zion’s Cause Church Baptist Church with Bro. Jason Logsdon officiating. Burial will follow at Fooks Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 12:00PM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023 at Zion’s Cause Church Baptist Church.
