Methamphetamine Trafficking Arrest

On February 6th 2023, at approximately 4:00 PM, Deputy Tyler Crane conducted a traffic stop on Ridgeway Street in Mayfield.
During the traffic stop, two individuals were removed from the vehicle and a search was conducted. During the search, approximately 22 grams of Methamphetamine, a set of digital scales, plastic baggies, a glass smoking pipe and a small amount of cash were located inside a purse in the passenger compartment.
While interviewing the occupants, a passenger in the vehicle, identified as Stephanie Wray of Wingo, admitted ownership of the illegal drugs and paraphernalia.
The vehicle operator was cited for several traffic violations and released after the investigation concluded.
Wray was placed under arrest and transported to the Graves County RC Center, where she was then moved to an out of county facility by jail staff.
