Date: Feb 7, 2023
On February 6th, 2023 deputies observed an individual enter a vehicle in Murray, KY that met the description of Daniel Garner, who is known to have warrants for violating his probation. The vehicle was stopped and Garner was arrested. Search of the vehicle found a bag believe to be Garner’s with digital scales and methamphetamine. He was arrested on the below listed charges and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center.

Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
