The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office received complaints of illegal drug activity at a residence inside of the Jackson Oaks Retirement Community Facility in Paducah, KY.
On October 27th, 2022, at approximately 4:30pm, a Deputy with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a consented search inside of Apt. 330 belonging to Guy C. Simpson, at the Jackson Oaks Retirement Community Facility.
During the investigation, it was discovered that Simpson was in possession of a quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine, a quantity of Marijuana, and a numerous number of items related to Drug Paraphernalia. Simpson was arrested and transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail where he was lodged.
