Search Warrant Nets 4 Arrests

On 10/26/2022 the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested four individuals following the execution of a search warrant.

On Wednesday afternoon, detectives executed a search warrant pursuant to a drug investigation at 210 Butler Lane in Paducah, KY. During the search warrant service, detectives located and seized approximately 15 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, digital scales, methamphetamine smoking pipes, as well as other items of illegal drug paraphernalia.  Detectives also seized monies suspected to be the proceeds of illegal drug sales.

Detectives arrested four people, 57 year old Leah R. Herring, 48 year old Israel G. Nightingale, 36 year old Aaron R. Story, and 41 year old Chester Dixon in connection with the drugs found at the residence.  Chester Dixon also had an active Parole Board Warrant at the time of his arrest.

All four individuals were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Charges: Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (>or= 2GMS Methamphetamine)/ Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Arrested: Israel G. Nightingale, 48, of Butler Lane, Paducah, KY

Charges: Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd or Greater Offense (>or= 2GMS Methamphetamine)/ Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Arrested: Aaron R. Story, 36, of Mimosa Lane, Paducah, KY

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)/ Possession of Marijuana/ Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Arrested: Chester Dixon, 41, of Calvert City, KY

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)/ Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/ Parole Board Warrant
