Paducah Couple Charged With Drug Trafficking

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Paducah couple Tuesday afternoon on numerous offenses including trafficking in Methamphetamine  following a drug investigation.

In September of 2022 detectives made an undercover Methamphetamine purchase from Phillip Stout. Stout was later indicted by a McCracken County Grand Jury for trafficking in Methamphetamine.

On 10/25/22 detectives obtained search warrant for Stout’s apartment located at 624 Caldwell Street in Paducah. Detectives executed the search warrant just after 5pm. Detectives located Stout and his girlfriend, Shannon “ Angel” Stratton inside the residence. During a search of the residence detectives located and seized approximately 41 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, 1.5lbs of Marijuana, several doses of Hydrocodone, a digital scale, smoking pipes and assorted drug paraphernalia.

Both Stout and Stratton were arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Arrested: Phillip G. Stout 40, of Caldwell Street (Paducah)

Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Hydrocodone, Trafficking in Marijuana 8oz to 5lbs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a McCracken County indictment warrant ( trafficking in Methamphetamine)

Arrested: Shannon “Angel” Stratton 42, of Caldwell Street (Paducah)

Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Hydrocodone, Trafficking in Marijuana 8oz to 5lbs, and possession of drug paraphernalia
