Charles Wayne Vinson, 70, of Paducah passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at his residence.
Charles was formerly a chief towboat engineer. He enjoyed CB Radios and building model towboats.
Surviving are his two children, Tana Betancourt of Paducah and Harley (Beth) Vinson of Paducah; two stepchildren, David Reid and Candice Reid; four siblings, Wesley Vinson, Brenda Perry, Barbara Peck, Ilene Suiter; several grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Tammy Vinson; his parents, Johnny and Mary Vinson; and four siblings, James Vinson, Naomi Vinson, Frances Vinson, and Donnie Vinson.
Memorial services will be at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at the Church of Nazarene in Paducah.
Friends may visit the family from 1:00pm to service hour on Saturday at the church.
