Debbie Frazier, age 69, of Mayfield, KY formerly of Nashville, TN passed away Tuesday September 6, 2022 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
She retired as director of finance with The Arc in Nashville, TN.
Debbie is survived by her son Cory (Karen Ranucci) Frazier of Kapolei, HI; one daughter Kari (Brandon) Nedrow of Mayfield, KY; one brother Christopher (Lisa) Acton of Columbia, MO; four grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wilson Frazier; one sister Jackie Holstun; her parents Ralph and Delores Mohr Acton.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of arrangements.
