Agnes “Aggie” Rose Nimmo, age 105, of Hardin, KY, died Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at her residence in Hardin, KY. Mrs. Nimmo was a homemaker and a member of Olive Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Connie Norwood and the late Colla (Nelson) Norwood. She was also preceded in death by her husband Louie Franklin Nimmo; one infant child; and one brother: Joe Norwood.
She is survived by three daughters: Diana Lawrence of Benton, KY, Anna Watkins of Olive, KY, and Belinda Jett of Murray, KY; two sons: Craig Watkins of Hardin, KY and Joseph “Joey” Watkins of Benton, KY; eight grandchildren: Chasity Lawrence, Sarah Robinson, Justin Lawrence, Lee Jett, Joshua Watkins, Keagen Watkins, Alexis Watkins, and Ian Jett; and five great grandchildren: Ayden Lawrence, Jocelyn Stafford, Grayson Lawrence, Remington Lawrence, and Owen Lawrence.
Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, September 11, 2022. Funeral service will be at Collier Funeral Chapel at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 12, 2022, with Rev. Chris Moore officiating. Interment will be at Horn Cemetery, Benton, KY.
