Floyd Lee Farmer, 88 of Benton, KY died on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at his residence.
He was a veteran of the US Army having been stationed in Korea during his enlistment.
Born Sunday, March 25, 1934 in Deanefield, KY, he was the son of the late William Les Farmer and the late Florence (Hardin) Farmer.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Helen (Suchar) Farmer of Benton, KY; son, Tim Farmer of Stillwater, MN; daughter, Tamin Carlson of Benton, KY; grandchildren, Mackenzie Giwojna husband Al, Ken Carlson wife Alyssa; and great grandchildren, Charlie, Macy and Sophia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Shirley Farmer and Velma Basham.
Interment will be in Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, Benton, KY.
All services will be private, there will be no public visitation.
